Biography
Madi is a French-born artist with roots in Trougoumbé, a village in Mali. Deeply inspired by Impressionism, his art explores the power of emotion and the beauty of instinct.
Guided by passion from the very beginning, Madi paints not what he sees, but what he feels. His creative process is entirely intuitive-no Sketches, no plans -just pure emotion flowing onto the canvas.
Influenced by artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Salah Touils, and Claude Monet, his work captures the unseen: the inner landscapes of the soul.
With several exhibitions ongoing and more to come, Madi is an artist to watch - one whose passion continues to shape every stroke of his journey.
How i work ?
My art is born from emotion and intuition. I work in oil, acrylic, and oil pastel, letting colors and textures guide my movements. I don’t make sketches or plans; each canvas is a spontaneous journey where my feelings take shape. Through my brushstrokes and choice of mediums, I aim to reveal the invisible landscapes of the soul.
